Congrats!!! I also ran a 5k this weekend and my time was 39.05. I was pretty impressed since my last race was 44.26. I hope to do better in my next race in May. How do you increase your speed???

I just finished level 1 day 8 and doing day 9 tonight. I also started running last night and I plan to run 3x week. I feel really great but still struggle with the side lunges and arm lifts. Those kill my arms!!! I'm excited to see what level 2 has in store for us. =)

Hey guys, I started the 30 day Shred on Monday and the 2nd day I was really sore. I'm not as sore today. I find the hardest is the side lunges and the jump rope kills my shins too. I'm hoping it gets better within time. I have done my measurements but I will and will post this weekend. Good luck everyone and happy losing!!!

Welcome! I joined 2 weeks ago and lost 2 lbs so far. I have found many great people for support and good recipes. I would suggest planning your meals for the week and logging everything you put in your mouth daily and walk at least 3x week. Good luck!
