They just happen as your body changes, sometimes when there is less flesh stretching them they get a bit more noticeable I think. Either way, they are perfectly natural and most of us have them. If you don't like them try bio oil or a nice body butter.

Great big geek over here.
-
This is why I don't go to the gym.
-
Is that 1800 plus the 600-700 you used on your work out? Or 1800 minus that?
-
Too over the top to be good satire.
-
If you aren't eating back all those exercise calories then you are starving yourself, you need many more.
-
Because I woke up at 2PM and had a Pot Noodle for "breakfast" that's why.
-
The way MFP works means that you should be eating back your work out calories. Some people do and some don't, but if you do things the way MFP set it up then you should be doing so.

I used to lift in the gym and loved it, unfortunately I only have some hand weights that go up to 10LB :(
-
I used to do that with things like Slimming World (a diet where they encourage you to eat unlimited amounts of pasta is always going to fail me!) But honestly I can't get upset about it. But with MFP I've managed to stick to something for weeks at a time, I even stuck to it on Jan 1st after a night of drinking when I felt…

I was (I still relapse) so addicted to food, any food including healthy food that I would eat all day, frantically, like a shark on a feeding frenzy. I became addicted to the feeling of the stuff in my mouth, the hand to mouth motion, the comfort; like a smoker. At one point I tried to throw the food away, but I got it out…

I'm more of a fannibal these days but yay! Nerdy friends! :D
-
I could make an argument the other way too, I was just curious about how prevalent the opposite attitude was.

Yes I'm aware of that. I'm sick of programs where someone works out with a trainer for an hour a day and only eats steak or something ridiculous. But woohoo they lost 100lbs! It's inspiring, but not practical. Normal people cannot replicate that, and frankly I wouldn't want to. My film will be about what your average, busy…
-
To clarify, your average working, busy person shouldn't try to follow a faddy proportion of carbs or protein or whatever, and would be better off eating a balance of everything so that their normal diet isn't too different and they don't go mad. Do you agree or disagree?

Bump! :)

20 here, add me :)
-
Right, official plan is 1500 and eat back 50-80% of my heard earned exercise calories. Thanks guys.
-
What if I stuck to 1500 but ate back say 80% of my excersise calories? Using a HRM (which I know isn't fool proof) I see a burn of about 400 - 600 calories. Forgive my ignorance but it's important to me to get this right ya know?
-
20 is just my interim goal. I have 100 pounds to lose.
-
That's telling me to eat 2100 calories a day! There's no way I can mentally eat that much. It's my understanding that one would have to literally eat nothing for 48 hours before any slowing of the metabolism happens, and that when one is very obese like me so called "starvation mode" isn't really relevant. But that's only…

20 year old British lass here! Add away :)

I understand your pain, please consider undertaking talking therapy or seeking out a life coach, forcing fake motivation won't solve your initial problem. Fix the depressive issues, and your motivation will return full force on its own! I'm always here to chat it out.

I have BED too, and this is the first time I've ever managed to stick to eating properly for more than 12hours. I know you'll do really well here, I'll add you :)

Hi! I'm 20 years old, female, and looking to lose 28lbs. 5 down! 23 to go! I think you'll really enjoy it here, add me!
