The egg whites cause a lot of flatulence. You could dry roast some garlic cloves in a pan until they turn soft (skins usually peel of at this time) and much on them. It is a healthy snack and is known to lower cholestrol as well. Yoghurt is good too.

If you have a mentos sweet or a peppermint when you feel hungry... It stops the cravings! I guess that's why they call them life savers! :))

Hi .. I have fraternal twins. They are 26 yrs old! Never had a weight problem but finding it really hard to tone tummy because of the extra stretching of the tummy muscles during pregnancy! Small price to pay for all the joy they bring into my life! Btw., they've got a big brother as well.

And I've got the exact opposite problem of not being able to make the number. It always hovers around a 1000 or less. Don't want to increase my salt intake unnecessarily as my blood pressure has been relatively normal all my life! Wondering what to do....??

Hi... I was put on a 1200 calorie diet as well. I don't think I feel hungry because I can continue to eat healthy foods throughout the day.
