I'm Asian and I eat rice practically every day. Mfp calculates 1 cup of Basmati rice to be 100 cals and 1/2 cup of red rice to be 220 cals. Not sure if either one is accurate. I consider rice to be the healthiest food as you can have it with a variety of vegetable dishes and still be under 400 cals!

Totally agree with you! I always share a fast food meal with hubby... The best way to halve the calories and not end up feeling guilty indulging in the tasty but not so healthy meals.. :))

I'm on day 9 of level 1. It felt easier the last few days so I increased the weight of the dumbells to 2kg. It felt like day 1 all over again. I haven't lost any weight since starting the workout. Hoping to do level 1 for 30 days before getting to the next level. Just curious to see what difference it would make at the end…

Mfp lists 165 calories during a 20 minute circuit training session. So that's what I Log in for my exercise. It sure feels like a lot more though! I can't wait to see the results at the end of the 30 days!

Hi, I'm on day 2 of Level 1. Not very difficult to follow and it was over very soon! Feels like you get a good workout in a short space of time ...without spending boring hours at the gym! Hoping to see results ar the end of the 30 days. Does anyone know when it's time to switch to the next level?
