Thanks....the only thing I really need is a basic workout plan. Currently I run 2.56-2.63 miles at 8am on tues, wed, and thurs. On Monday and Friday we have command PT (in the Navy) so that is usually 15 min warm ups then 45 min of circuit, soccer, relay races or dodge ball. I am 218 now and trying to get to 190-195. My…

That is normal...trust me, we all went through it. I been on here since Feb and I still have my HUNGRY days! LOL Hang in there and you will be just fine. I try to keep snacks at my desk since that is where I spend the majority of my day. from 8am- 4pm I am sitting here, working, and just trying to make it another day…

I have started and stopped more times than I can count. Afraid of failing again...I can't seem to fit the 20 minute workout into my schedule. If I do it in the morning before work it would be 5 am. If I do it after work it would be 10pm. I CAN'T WIN!!!

Me too, I log it as circuit, general....I got it last month and have done it twice since then. I can't seem to find the perfect time to do it every single day. Husband, kids, homework and part time job got me swamped...GOOD LUCK!

It's FRIDAY!!! I would have a cheat day today but I had some drinks last night and I think those maxed me out for the weekend. UMMMM Vodka, Peach Snapps and Cranberry juice...yummy;) My goal for today is to watch my sugars and sodium intake. Have a great weekend!

I am in the military as well. I have grown so accustomed to working out and then eating afterwards. I always heard that it's better because you are still burning and basically that first meal is a FREEBIE!!! Good luck;)

I just ordered my DVD yesterday. Late is better than never! I hope to begin by this Sunday. Really excited and looking forward to shedding this weight. Nothing else is really working for me, getting frustrated. Need a jump start to keep me motivated. I hope this works.....good luck;)

As long as you are consistent with your weigh ins you should be fine. I wouldn't weigh in every single day but once a week is great. First thing in the morning and completely naked;)

I have tried them all it seems like. The best one for me with no side effects is OxyElite. I would take one in the morning and one around 1 pm. It mainly stopped me from snacking while at work at my desk. I didn't get jittery or amped up. I saw the weight coming off and loved it...
