When I was little, I use to love jelly and butter sandwiches. ;) My boyfriend on the other hand eats tons of unappetizing things, such as soup with croutons mixed in.. he'll even throw the croutons in his pasta. :\

i'm in!! I weight 216 and i'm trying to drop 50 pounds!! so any motivation to get me under that 200 mark is amazing! i'm on 1200 calories a day

who hasn't? i've sent them even if i'm not in the best shape of my life because whoever was receiving them thought I looked great. It's about how confident you are, not about how you look psychically when you sent those pictures.

I have the fitbit flex and I love it. The battery life on it is great and it shows you graphs and charts of how many steps you've taken in a week, month and so on. It will start you off with a initial 10,000 steps a day or at least that's where i started off and you can track your food, sync it with my fitness pal.

thanks for the advice!! I was actually thinking about how hungry i was today and it's probably because I burned 1200 calories last night. i was hungrier today then I was last night.

I keep water bottles with me everywhere I go, even if i'm sitting on the couch. I've noticed that if it's there i'll drink it. But, with the weather being so cold lately I also get my water intake by drinking green tea. 0 calories and it's good for you.

I don't believe in giving up everything that you love to eat, but eat in moderation. I always think that if you deprive yourself of everything that you like, you're most likely to binge on the foods.

what are you doing differently then you did last week? it's all about personal choices, you have to want this bad enough to lose the weight. Trust me, i'm doing the 1200 calorie diet and it's hard and there are days where I go over but I always try to work out even harder those days then I do the other days at the gym.

lol love the story! but i'm guessing you just decided to be vegetarian or you wouldn't have been drooling over the chicken. It's not bad to eat meat nor it is bad to be vegetarian. It's a personal choice that you make for yourself.

I also eat eggs all the time. I'll buy a couple of dozen and make egg muffins out of one and boil the other ones to always have hard boiled eggs as snacks available.

I made Kale, red cabbage, and carrot salads every sunday to last me the week for lunch. $.99-$2.00 Kale $1.29 bag of slice carrots $.99-$2.00 red cabbage. cut it up and mix it together in a big tupperware container and there's my lunch. you can add any kind of dressing and extra veggies that you like.

I usually just log exercise but I see people all the time logging time they take to clean the house and etc. it's really the user's preference.
