Do they like veggies? First thing I though was shred it and do a fajita with peppers and onions or some other veg they like roasted and put in the tortilla with steak.

    Stir fry with veg.

Chop and add a little barbecue sauce and make sandwiches kind of sloppy joe style.

I'd probably make a hash with potatoes, onions and chopped up steak.
  • Taco bowls with black beans, bell pepper/corn/lettuce, whatever you like.

If you mean green beans, those can work in a tortilla too with the steak. Other beans would also work in the tortilla with some taco type seasonings. Or just roll some steak in it alone maybe with a little sauce if they like any. Healthier (lower cal) ranch can easily be made with ranch powder added to plain yogurt.

You could dice the steak and put it with sauce and pasta or rice

With lentils and black beans you could make a stew or a chili with the steak

I would bury the flank steak and say a few words, then go into the kitchen and prepare a nice humus salad with cherry tomatoes, olives and fresh basil.

I have left over flank steak right now! I made steak and eggs wrapped in a tortilla for breakfast and will probably do a steak salad with corn and black beans for lunch.
