My goal is to run 2 miles 2x per week with a monthly goal of 8 runs totalling 16 miles. I already walk 4 miles each day, so I will turn some of the walking into runs!

I am starting today. How is it going for you thus far? I am doing it slightly modified with occasional dairy. I have done it 4 times prior, and don't believe that dairy has negative effects, in fact it digestively hinders me to not have it.
