I've not traveled for work but when I've taken the kid away I tend to prep salad in tuperware and have a selection of toppings (boiled eggs, mackerel and once a chopped up tandoori mixed grill I ordered the night before I left). I have a pretty impressive cool box and most places will give you a bucket of ice.

I have had all sorts of mouth interventions. After surgery is found lasagne was amazing. You can even make leek lasagne if you want to cut down on the carbs

I don't date so much as go out with people I already know. Something happened about 3 months ago where people started suggesting activities in actually want to do (little jog, daytime cinema, yoga, gym). It was really strange. Good though.

quite like the fish burger for a compromise. I have to be honest, if I'm going to splurge on a burger it's going to be something homemade and crazy with all sorts of strange things in it! ;)

Ok so we don't even have a cheese option (UK) I get 184 calories for grilled chicken and bacon salad, 21 calories for the fajita stuff. I dip in and out. I did brilliantly at first, decided to try to learn to eat intuitively, didn't see a huge gain in weight but my goals have changed again so I'm back to readjust my eating habits. I loved nights because there wasn't any option other than what I brought with me. I like the pre prepared tupperware thing. It seems to suit me. Sometimes I still eat like that even though I'm a sahm. I was a bugger for a McDonald's breakfast on the way home so it became my last night of the week treat.

I needed to up my calories. I ate the same stuff (because I am lazy) but with a layer of cheese on top. It is a good day when your problems can be solved by cheese!

I make protein pancakes for breakfast. Now and again I put chocolate chips in them. Pancakes for breakfast feels like the most decadent thing ever.

thank you. May try to get my head right while I deal with the summer and really get used to training hard and then bulk after that. (Fyi my ticker is a little out because I stopped weighing. Didn't want to be put off by a little number on a scale when the improvement is clear to see.)

I had a really bad day Sunday and after I had used all my calories for the day I 'fell' face first into a bag of malteasers. I had a box sent over because I needed to know what they tasted like. I have eaten one and the rest are in a cupboard. The chocolate fudge pop tarts on the other hand... smashed my way through those! I love processed food! the less like food it tastes the better, I am not right in the taste buds!

I randomly give my MP3 player to people and get them to make me a playlist. Guy from the local shop is currently winning with some dance tracks.

I love them but I make my own with quorn balls and a low cal tomato and chilli sauce. mostly because if I went to the shop I would have to take the munchkin and by the time I got to eat it is would be stone cold and disappointing.
