my skinny jeans are skinny again!
I went from fat to thin and there was a brief moment in which my skinny jeans looked good. Now i have muscles in my legs they look great again... Just going to.enjoy wearing normal people clothes for a few weeks before i smash legs at the gym and burst the seams of these bad boys! Woot!

So I love to run. Makes my brain feel clear. I am just thinking I could be toning my arms a bit too if I wear my weight bands on my wrists while I run. My arms are... Well, lets be honest, flailing about and I figure they could be working harder... Is there any harm?

totally blew it. not going to log today

Anyone else suddenly having problems buying carton egg whites? Tesco seems to have stopped selling them. I already have to visit 2/3 supermarkets to do a full shop (yes, I am fussy). Do I now have to add another one to my list?

I have the dreaded lurgy
So I am doing amazingly well. Body is looking good blah blah blah I have been struck down with lurgy of ming and my body just wants to eat and eat (my throat disagrees and keeps trying to slam shut) Any truth in that feed a fever?
