This is interesting because I eat 1200 calories a day or thereabouts and am losing 2 pounds a week pretty handy. I only do weight training though. And I am still managing to build muscle. Huh.

I think your weght loss success will ultimately lies in your own hands. I have some really great friends though that are there to give advice when im having a bad day and to congratulate me when im having a good day. This doesn't do any harm. Feel free to add me :))

Jees, I suppose I was a bit negative. Sorry. I do find though that the 'sort yourself out' attitude works for me. That does not necessarily mean that it works for everyone. I once asked a personal trainer at my local gym about this. The response I got was unexpected to say the least. I was told that I had 'notions'. Anyways, turns out he was right. I did have notions. I was making excuses. You are making excuses. Just don't eat it. Or eat it in moderation. Its PMS. Meh. Get on with it.
