Well I missed this challenge due to my daughter being sick. I was gonna do it last night but I put in almost 12 miles of jogging and was really bushed....... how about doing it 3 days a week - then those of us with kids can keep up on top of our regular workout! :)

Four more consecutive days left! If you missed a day, no biggie. Just keep going for however many consecutive days you have left! No breaks. Phew....!

Well how is everyone doing so far? It hasn't been easy, especially since I have 4 kids and all kinds of excuses. However, I do want results and Jillian says you can't get them for FREE..... :) Good luck everyone. 5 more consecutive days left!

Work out 6 days per week and your body will adjust. Don't deprive yourself of nutrition! :)

Keep your MFP window up and think about how many calories you'll have to burn exercising if you decide to go there.... either that, or make some Smart Pop popcorn air popped with Molly Mcbutter sprinkled on top? That always works for me. 5 cups of popcorn equals about 100 or 120 calories and you get to munch!

Fresh veggies, canned Chicken of the Sea tuna in water, Carl Buddig chicken or turkey slices, Foster Farms turkey 99% fat free meat slices, wild Alaskan salmon..................... Wisecrackers No Sugar Added crackers, Special K multigrain crackers, and lots and lots of almonds!

Great idea, I think! lol :) Hmmmm so that means burning 500 cal per day? I do that already. How about for me, making it 900 calories per day?
