Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone has been doing a great job with the challenge!
Here is the daily update format.
Weekly Goal:
Mon: calories burned (how they were burned)
Tues: calories burned (how they were burned)
Wed: calories burned (how they were burned)
Thur:calories burned (how they were burned)
Fri: calories burned (how they were burned)
Sat:calories burned (how they were burned)

I'm in! I started a bootcamp last Friday and burned just over 1000 calories and have it every weekday this week! So I'm going to set my weekly goal at 6,000 calories burned. I'm guessing each weekday will be 800-1000 and then will try to burn at least 500 on Saturday and Sunday. I'm a huge fan of this because it means that I don't have to watch my calories as much--just need to make sure I get my protein, stay under carbs and sodium, and munch down some veggies.

I did 4600 last week. But this week I will be doing a lot of traveling. So I don't think I can make 4k this week. Maybe the min of 35000

I am in again week #10. Week #9 was a bad week for me. It was the first time I did not make my goal:sad:. Lots of unplanned traveling for work. My goal this week is 4500.0

I had a great week last week, but am looking to tone it down a bit this week. Weekend away will interrupt my usual exercise routine.
Weekly Goal: 4000
Mon: 689 calories burned (342 calories burned running 5km + 1km cooldown walk & stretching; 264 calories burned doing P90X chest, shoulders & triceps; 83 calories burned cycling to & from grocery store)

Go ahead and set it for what every you want. 3500 the low end goal but you can set it as high as you want.0 -
