Day after exercise..

I've noticed recently that the days that I run it feels like it takes so much effort to even consider eating back some exercise calories, but the next day I'm like a bottomless pit and suddenly negative calories..what gives? Does anyone else have this problem?

    I find this too, that I'm insatiably hungry the day after a good workout. I try to just eat sensibly and keep working out hard.

    Work out 6 days per week and your body will adjust. Don't deprive yourself of nutrition! :)

    Your body doesn't have a 24 hour timer that says "Okay, it's midnight, time to reboot my energy needs." Balancing over a few days or even weekly is perfectly acceptable.

    I work out everyday (1-2 hours) except sunday and I'm always hungrier on sunday....but I think that is because I have so much less calories I'm allowed to eat.
