  • Hi Emma, I'm also an Emma! Feel free to add me! I've been on here a while, but I'm just starting to use the site properly - rather than just looking at how much I've gone over by! I'm doing the race for life in 3 weeks so I'll be trying hard on the exercise side as well as the healthy eating!
  • That sounds like a great attitude to have  I love eating healthy and being active, but I'm having trouble reminding myself of this at the moment - for the past few weeks indulgent food and skipping the gym have been the norm for me so I need to shake myself out of this! Good luck to us all as we start trying to…
  • I think the fact that you can run for 30 mins is pretty impressive!
  • That's great, and it's a big goal! You should be very proud!

  • Hi! I mix up 25g oats, 20g linseeds, 20g sultanas or raisins, 25g cashew nuts with 75ml orange juice and leave to soak over night. In the morning I add 2tbsp low fat yogurt. It's not the lowest calorie breakfast, but it gets me through the morning
  • Hi! I'm kinda in the same boat - lots to lose, but motivation needs a kick up the backside! I've decided to aim for smaller goals so I'm not over-whelmed! Em
  • Hey! You've taken the first step just in deciding to change your life - go you! I'm not an exercise lover naturally, but I find group classes really motivating. Especially Zumba because you're having so much fun you barely notice that you're working out! Good luck!
