  • I weight lift 6 day split and cardio 2 days. Your body is clay you can mold it, but only with weight lifting. You wanna look soft and melty do lots if cardio:-/

  • I teach body pump, body flow, tkb, Piyo, yoga, Pilates and aqua lol. I'm always gonba lM always gonna love group fitness. It's good for all levels especially if you have a good instructor. They are fun, full body workouts that help you to get it done and get out. I would not be where I am today without group fitness!!

  • Short and simple....yes!! It's one thing to be nice because its just in your character but another to be nice because your trying to hard. Be u, desperation is what it comes off as. I'm nice, unless u make me mean lol
  • I usually 2 weeks surplus, lots of strength training and lil cardio. When I lean out I carbs cycle or cal zig sag and incorperate cardio...but more in circuits unless I'm teaching a class:)

  • I would initially be cautious and gradually increase since you have been at 1200 for a while. Not to much to fast, but you should not be ok with losing muscle. It's what keeps us strong and healthy, and the mire muscle you have the more calories you burn on a daily basis:)
