Don't worry about the past. The main thing is that you are back in the swing of things. Great job!

Things I learned the hard way on my journey:
#2. It takes just as long learning to maintain as it does to lose weight. Once you get to our goal its not easy peasy from there, still takes work. But its worth it:)

I gained 14 lbs in a month in may when my father in law passed:( It was hard to jump back on the wagon but I came back with a vengeance!! You can do it:)

Aren't family issues a trigger. I'm telling you, I understand exact what what happened to you when your father in law died. Amazing what happens when life takes a turn.
Keep on going girl..Congrats on your weight loss..I myself am a mother of a 3 year old :flowerforyou:
  • Welcome Back! I fell off the wagon for about 9 months & 2 weeks ago got back in the swing of MFP..Luckily I had only gained 7 lbs, which isnt that bad in my opinion.
    Good Luck to you!!
  • Oh, something of a similar story, but maybe for different reasons... I didn't so much lose the desire, but since I was doing so well I decided I could "reward" myself with a treat here, a treat there.... I started adding calories as a reward and now.... 14 lbs later I saw a photo from 6 months ago and decided I better stop before I get out of control again...

    Good luck to you!
