You eat back EXERCISE calories. That is to say, if you burn 200 cals taking a run, you eat them back. You don't eat back your diet's deficit cals. =)

Yeap, its all hormones and genes. Excessive lifting will just bulk up those areas more by adding extra muscle underneath =P

How big is this pizza?

I render my women more feminine: leaner on the muscle, higher in the body fat, and smaller in the waist and shoulder. However I date women of all shapes and sizes. Interestingly enough, the ones closest to my above statements have been black  Confidence is great, but overly confident can be a baaaaaaaaaaaaaaad thing…

Diastasis Recti huh? There's one I never learned in my sci-ill classes, thanks for the info!

Aspartame will break down into formaldehyde, but it does the same thing in the body when metabolized. Im honestly not sure if the health issue is any worse or not, but if it's a worry, just bake with a splenda based soda =)

I'm here bro :glasses:

All of the above. Also portability. Liquids aren't that filling for long though, so I wouldn't recommend them as regular meal replacements.

Probably not. Keep in mind maintaining weight allows you to eat far more kcals than you will be used to, and once you condition yourself into healthy eating habits, hitting that number will come naturally (you'll feel full). More realistically, you will probably have to weigh yourself every few weeks. Maybe count cals…

Whats a "bookshelf"? jkjk

Last time my mom visited, she needed to find some local business and so she inquired as to where I keep my phone book. I just had to laugh

I think the marshmallow was a poor metaphor to use with the cheat day. Fad dieting would be a much better comparison.

Last year I ate a Taco Bell party pack every day for a week just to prove I would loose weight. Best 70 dollars I've ever spent  (I even ate a taco every hour for 12 hours to boost my metabolism!)

The number one problem with BMI is that it assumes a person to be of average muscle mass (which is why a body builder can be labeled as obese). If you expect muscle then you have to knock your BMI down a few points, which puts you in an unhealthy range. Keep in mind women should typically keep their body fat % around…

Eggs! B12 can be tricky for Veggie lovers <3

Don't feel bad pears, gals with that shape live the longest =)

This! Where you loose and put on weight depends entirely on hormones and genes! Situps will build muscle under the fat, but it won't get rid of it =) I suggest lots of cardio with a little strength training for good health

Depends on your own physical preferences. If you want a more masculine Jillian Michaels look, eventually you will want to do some descent lifting, but if you prefer more of a Victorias Secret model look, simple light toning mixed in with your cardio is all you'll need.

lol!

Sorry if I'm getting off topic, but are you a girl? Lats and delts are considered to be the most defeminizing muscles. The former increases the perceived size of your ribcage, and the latter broadens your shoulders. Keep in mind that unless that is the look you want, I wouldn't make pullup exercises part of your daily…

Yea, supposedly it is. The risk in non-coke items depends on how they colored. Some companies like Coke use a chemical process to turn clear sugars brown, thus simulating caramel color, while other companies simply add food coloring.

I guess if you have a good kitchen scale you could just weigh the cup with and without drippings, find the difference, and subtract that many grams of fat =P (maybe throw in another gram or two to cover the fat burned onto the grill)

Slowly adding more fiber to your diet will help, but ultimately fiber makes a lot of gas. On the plus side, although it's high in volume, it's not a very smelly gas (unlike meat, which produce very small quantities of TOXIC gas)

Welcome and good luck =)

As an apartment dweller, its the closest to grilling I can get. I only like the ones with plates that can be thrown in the dishwasher (Im lazy)

BMR is your Basic Metabolic Rate. Imagine you were in a coma, this is how many calories it would take to maintain your weight. You don't want to eat less than this unless under a doctor's supervision. A very large person can safely loose 6-7 lbs a week without approaching their BMR, while a much lighter person might have…

If you think it is wrong, check any nutritional information label. It will tell you what % the item is on a 2000 calorie diet. Scale accordingly.
