Starting weight on this challenge. 178.4 Last weeks weight. 176.8 This weeks weight. 175.4 Total loss 3lb - wanted it to be 5lb for the month but hey ho it's still a loss :smile:

Weigh every morning but log it on a Friday. If my weight has gone up in a day I'm then really good that day :)

No don't waste your money. I've done slimming world and weight watchers and didn't lose as much as I've done on mfp. I also do a weigh in with my friends every Thursday night. We put £2 in a week and who ever loses the most weight that month wins the money.

I'm going to still log but set my goal as maintenance fingers crossed I will not put any weight on. Still going to enjoy myself. It's not the food it's the drink at Xmas for me lol

Lost 1.4lb this week my goal was to lose 6lb by new year so 5lb more to go :smile:

I usually weigh in on a Friday but this week and next week it will be a Thursday because going to London next Thursday so will not be able to weigh on the Friday. Lost 1.4lb this week and reached my Christmas goal weight which I'm so happy about :smile: :smile:
