Hi. I got it all done. And today I tried level 2 going to be a tough one for me. I have such sad arms. But this will fix them!!! Were going strong and its great! keep it up!!

Yeah I got it in! I had to take Monday off so I am a day behind but will pick it up on Sat! Great job ladies!

yeah day 5 done! It was quit nice to see how much my arms are improving.

Day 4 done! :) I am doing it every day but may not log it in as I cant on my phone and am not always around a computer. I really wish they would add the groups to the app. I miss to much when I am away.

Hi! congrats on the little one! Try to keep calorie intake above 1500 to keep up your supply. With a new born breastfeeding you burn about 500 calories a day. keeping it up to 1500 or more should keep your supply up. You need these calories to produce. Drink lots of water to. hi, I am 5'2 right now I am 170 :( goal of 125. I started at 191 so I'm getting there. I power walk 2 miles every day do a strength training 3-5 times a week and keep my calorie intake around 1200. I have been loosing right around 2 lb a week. Add me I can use the support! Thanks!

Hi I am also breastfeeding I just enter it in under cardio. I have not been able to find a place for it. you burn 20 calories per ounce of milk made. My son eats about 25 ounces a day so I just put in 500 calories. If you find a different way let me know!
