I'm on day 6 of week 1. I have been in the mood for more cardio so I haven't been doing Ripped in 30 every other day as I planned. I am going to start week 2 this weekend.

Did week 1 Day 5 today. Also did the treadmill.

I logged as circuit training today...I guess that works. I did 22 minutes on the treadmill and then day 4 of week 1. Going well so far. Hope you all are enjoying it so far. I'm gonna do 7 days of week one and then 7 days of week 2. I'll do 8 days of week 3 and then 8 days of week 4. I'm trying to do additional cardio…

I think I will do it 4-5 days a week and add in extra cardio. I like to work out 5-6 days a week.

I did week 1 day 3 yesterday. Went well. My thighs have been sore. Since its only 24 minutes I'm trying to do extra cardio as well.

Hi. I did 2 days of level one so far. I have a few questions to you all who are doing it. How many days a week do you do it? Do you do each level for a total of 7 or 8 days? What do you log on MFP if you don't have a heart rate monitor? Any other advice? Thanks.

I'm 5'4 and my goal is 125. My ultimate goal is 120 but whenever I get close to it I can't maintain. I like being at 125. I'm 130 now and I'm not a fan.

I suggest eating at least half of your exercise calories. Sometimes I eat some, sometimes half, and sometimes all. You have to change it up. Good luck.

I completed c25K in the Spring and Summer. It was great. Its amazing how I went from running a few minutes at a time to running 30 minutes straight. I'm not a fan of running on the treadmill and its cold here in NY so I'll probably start up again in April. Good luck.

I have a puggle. He is 1 years old and 17 pounds. We walk for about 40 minutes a day. He likes to run also.

YESSSS. You can do it. They are just jealous. Too skinny would be an unhealthy weight. That is not what you are right now or are trying for. Stay away from the haters.

Hang in there. I have plenty of friends who are within their normal weight range and can't find a guy. So maybe thats not it. Keep on working at it.

Hey. I went back to work this week. I'm a teacher. So I didn't do so well. No time to really work out. My eating was okay but didn't loose. I'm gonna try to work out more this week if work calms down. I have been slacking with eating and working out so I need to get back into it. I hope you are all doing well.
