I started doing couch to 5K and when I'm done will do 10K. somehow it really motivates me to keep hitting the goals for each day (i use the iphone app) hope this helps!

Totally normal! I haven't lost anything on the scales for 2 weeks, but when I measure myself I lose centimetres every week!

hi! I also have an underactive thyroid. started on meds 2 months ago so hoping that works, but ultimately I would like to be able to regulate everything with diet and exercise :) but first to lose some weight!
