hi. new to mfp too. have managed to lose about 3 kg in 3 week's. love this app. love to have some mates on here for motivation etc. Kinda regretting my name ....

    Yes mates would be nice for support. I have just got back on this merry go round after gaining 8 kgs in the last twelve months - how depressing
