I've used it for about 3 months now and have lost over 30 pounds. However, I also watch what I eat and do ALOT of cardio. But, it really helps me with not being hungry and I get full quicker. :) I love it and have not had any side effects at all. Good Luck!

Congrats on the wedding...hope it is fabulous for you. I am getting married in 1 month...and in January I started my "wedding weight loss" journey. I lost 30 pounds in just under 3 months! I would suggest following the calorie restriction on MFP, and trying some different cardio exercises. My favorites that worked for me…

I totally understand. I am getting married in 5 weeks, and when we were going the planning process, I felt like I was supposed to eat all the time. My advice, enjoy the moment and the experience, but just limit yourself. I would try the food at the tastings, etc., but just 1 or 2 bites maximum. I just tried to get some…

HAHA....very funny, but very true! Nice post! :)

I'm completely guilty of this. I step on it every morning and every evening. I can see how it's a bad thing, but I also think it keeps me on track and responsible for what I do. However, I wish I could keep it to 2-3 times a week. I feel your pain! :)

I was overweight and did P90X almost the entire 90 days the first time thru. For about the first 2 weeks, I literally thought I was going to pass out doing some of the workouts. By about week 3, I was able to get thru it better, and it felt awsome! I hope you stick with it. :)

I use it (doctor prescribed) and have lost 27 pounds since January 1....HOWEVER, I stick to 1200-1300 calories per day and do cardio about 60 minutes 5 days a week. It works great to keep you from getting hungry, but you still have to put in the work. I take a lose dosage, so I have NO side effects whatsoever. I never feel…

Zumba is great! I love it! I do it at home and in a class. It doesn't matter if you get all of the steps (most people in the class won't either), it's just about the energy and burning calories. As long as you try your best at the routine, you will have a ton of fun and burn LOTS of calories! Enjoy! :)

Wall squats with a stability ball....hold for 1 minute each in a squat position. Works great!

Completely agreed with the last post. It has worked great for me....however, I stick to 1200-1300 calories per day and do cardio for 60 minutes 5-6 times a week. It helps me to not be hungry as much....but, I still work hard for my results! :)

I take it once a day and it works great for me. Never hungry, not jittery at all, and I have energy, but not bouncing off the walls. I've never took any pills for weight loss prior to this because I was always scared of how it would affect me, but I can honestly say I feel normal on this and I've lost 27 pounds in 10…

I can vouch for the Xbox Kinect that they have alot of games that really work. I mainly use Kinect for my exercise (I use Your Shape Fitness, Zumba, Dance Central, and Kinect Sports) and have dropped 27 pounds in 10 weeks! It's fun and it works! :) p.s. - the Zumba game is my favorite!!!

If you have an iPod, you can use Nike Plus. I have it and it is very accurate. It tracks time, mileage, average pace, and calories burned.

I have tried the demo, but haven't done the game yet. However, I do use Your Shape Fitness on Kinect...it is fabulous and works great! The personal training and cardio boxing on there is the best!!!

Good for you for setting high goals. I'm 6'0 tall and started my weight loss at 244 (which is my highest weight ever). I'm down to 223 now and my goal is 180. People always say the same to me, that I don't look that heavy...but nonetheless, I still want to take it off. Good luck on your journey. :)
