  • Trying to make overall better food choices. Lots of cardio, doing at least 3-5 miles a day on treadmill and the elliptical, strength training, focusing heavily on ab workouts. Drinking lots of water and anything in between that will ultimately yield positive results!!

  • I totally agree!! but the results from the push-ups, will be Awesome!! The muscles in my left arm started tightening up, rolling up, or doing something!! it kind of scared me, started to stop the workout but I'm so glad I pushed through the pain!!
