oatmeal, eggs, bagelthins with whipped cream cheese, more eggs, fiber one cereal and skim milk, protein shakes. Always gotta have breakfast, for me, or I get soooooo hungry by lunch.

Green tea is awesome, I drink quite a bit as well. I also drink a tea called Yerba Mate that tastes pretty good. Health benefits are great.

I use a protein powder called Safely Slim. It has a great flavor and mixes up to a really nice consistency when you put it in the blender. It has 20g protein with 10g fiber and only 110 calories. Best I've had by far!
