Congrats jmarton1977! November was a bust for me my goal was 20lbs lost 2 !! this month I want to at least double the 2. friends wedding next weekend. a week long vacation in Laughlin for my bday at the end of the month plus Christmas and new year so I hope I can stay on track. good luck ladies

starting weight 10/01 was 315 todays weight 10/31 is 298 didnt met my 20lb goal but hey! Im under 300!! and into a size 22

Congrats on not eating that burger. I also didn't lose any weight this week but havent been drinking as much water as normal. still hope to get under 300 before the month is over.

I think its about finding what works for you as far as what you should be eating. For me I don't eat breakfast I have an Atkins shake and coffee in the morning and for lunch I either have a huge salad or sauteed veggies with some protein ( i prefer chicken or fish) and dinner is where I struggle cause I'm not that hungry…

Pastas and breads I'm good I don't miss it like i thought I would but I crave fruit.Me too on the bored part I love salads so I try to make different ones everyday for lunch. But get stuck on dinner options.

Lucky girls!! Ive only gone down one pant size i was a 26 and right now 24 fits loosely but 22 is too tight but Im apple shaped i carry my weight in my belly.

I have a shake for breakfast these days, lunch usually some protein and veggies like today was grilled salmon and steamed broccoli dinner is usually a a small salad or veggies with protein (usually chicken). I used to snack alot through out the day but have cut that down and really i haven't been hungry. I drink water all…
