Just go on how you feel ! :) Its always good idea to have goals but once you hit a realistic goal don't focus on a number so much .

Hey girl! I'm in the same boat as you, curvy and fine with it! I have hips so I will never be a size zero and thats great because size isn't important to me. :) I will friend yah and we can keep each other in line!

I also eat 1200 calories a day & I do eat back most of my calories I burn off. Some days its easier when I just do cardio rather than weight training. ( because I burn around 200 more).

Everyone is different but when I hit my plateau I looked at what I was eating. I realized my 1200 calories on my lifting days wasn't enough nutrients for my body. ( especially after getting a HRM!!) As far as Im concered the only was to track your calories correctly is a HRM... but is awesome you found an APP that tracks the distance you hiked- def going to look into it.

I've taken Oxyelite pro and now taking Roxylean, like Leslie2273 said, it is a personal choice you just have to be careful with them everyones body is different. I have a sweaty singer- gets on the treadmill and goes to town while singing. I have yet to determine what music he is listening to. But when he " sings" which comes out a sound like a crying cat.. it really gets peoples attention haha.

Normally I did, but only a couple days a week. I love getting on the elptical and just going ... its sorta like " me" time. Maybe try adding in a day or two and see how you feel.
