  • Since I cut down the workouts, my ankle has been fine. I'll be adding some extra cardio on the off days because summer is fast approaching and I really want to drop 15lbs!
  • I'm still doing it too (although 4 days a week instead of 6). I had to slow down because of joint pain so I'm adding some low impact cardioon the extra days off. The diet fell off again too but I'm picking it back up! It's been a struggle but I'm sure I'll get there.
