  • So I didn't do my Shred yesterday...I was in too much pain! I did, however, do my elliptical and bike workout today (4.5 miles total) and will do my day 3 of Shred today! I feel much better today!

  • I've noticed a big difference, just in the way I am able to move easier and not get as winded as quickly! Plus, it sure is motivating to get to those ten pound marks...I'm working on getting to my next 10 lb. mark of weight loss (and hopefully that next pant size down)!!
