  • WOW!! I think beachbody products are very powerful if you try it and give your all. I have tried P90x twice years ago but I didn't follow the eating plan. I think 21 fix is great re-entry to those programs to reset my eating habits and motivation.

  • I was exhausted yesterday from my workout, I skipped yesterdays challenge. I am doing it today as well as today's challenge.
  • I unknowingly ignored the 1-3lb recommendation and went with my smallest weights, 5lbs. 50 on each arm. TOUGH! i am going to finish the challenge with water bottles or soup cans, only if i cannot find my 1lb weights! Hard work...awesome challenge!
