I missed yoga last Thursday so I did it yesterday to make up for it. I get home from work today and look to see what my workout (recovery week so I don't have it memorized) and it is yoga! Good grief!0

Hello there!
I need some advice.
I had been feeling pain on my elbow. So I skipped Yoga on Monday to rest it for Core Syn. What a relief, I was primed for Core. Here’s the dilemma, I was either busy and or full of food yesterday to do Kenpo X.
What should I DO?
1. Do Kenpo today instead of X stretch and Start with Core tomorrow,
2. Do Kenpo and X Stretch today,
3. Or restart my recovery week, Monday?

If you can manage it, I would do the kenpo instead of the stretch and start with the core tomorrow.0 -

Hey, Still very troubled by the calf muscle,seem's that it is torn. So I have today swapped plyo for cardio x and worked through it,witha view to keeping the pressure off the calf for a few day's.0

hey guys,
still pushing everyday except for X stretch this week, I had a doc appointment that was 4 hours late... so I went straight to bed that day.
I hope everyone is starting to see some progress, I can now see a hint of my abs and I am really happy. weight is going down slowly as well, things are starting to happen as would say Tony0 -
Hey,
Did back and biceps today in place of leg's and back to give my leg a few more day's rest,which of course it will need with double legs and back due next week now. ARX completed too.0 -
So took the bull by the horn's and with my leg feeling much better,tackled this week's plyo.
Only two week's left now....0 -

Tomorrow starts the final phase! I was supposed to do yoga yesterday but went for a 7 mile run instead. I don't think that is bad considering the most I had run in the past 2 months is 1 mile. Apparenly P90X is keeping me in good cardio shape.0

Got up early enough to do almost half of Plyo. Going to finish the rest when I get out of work. I am already huffing and puffing as i think about it.0
