Thanks guys. I used to do all that (weighing, and strict logs) but being on my own and having a weird schedule this semester made it harder to do that. Will definitely try to take some of your advice :)

I don't think it's actually like a cleanse but the company makes a lot of cleanse/detox type products. Make sure you're not over doing it with either exercise or food also. Balance is key!

I love breakfast but I usually want more than I should have so I try to avoid it. Try just having a little bit of fruit, toast or juice. I've just been drinking orange juice every morning for the past 2 weeks and it's been helping me. :)

I wouldn't be too worried about it. I don't eat super healthfully either, but I do exercise and take vitamins to supplement that. So if you're worried about it you could take multivitamins, but I wouldn't stress over it. As long as you burn more calories than you take in, you'll lose weight.

I'm trying to help my dad too. We live in the country so we usually just go for walks and talk about our goals and stuff we want to do, etc. We also might start taekwondo once we lose a little bit of weight and are in a little better shape.
