I'm 40% Protein, 35% Fat, 25% Carbs...my breakfast is always the same shake, lunch is pretty bell balanced, but come dinner time is when I have to get "creative" and end up eating random foods...I eat a lot of peanut butter and bacon for dinner :D

You're doing an amazing job!! It takes hard work and determination to do what you're doing, I know everyday is a struggle for me. Stick with it, little by little you do become more and more accustomed to eating less...although those cravings have yet to go away for me. Stay strong!!

To me, the number on the scale is only a guideline. To be adhered to 100% only if there is a medical issue. There's a big difference between weighing 145lb and having 25% body fat and weighing 155lb and having 13% body fat. Some of the greatest exercise you can does not require a gym or little to no equipment whatsoever (hiking, running, push ups, sit ups, yoga ball exercise DVD's, etc.). You may not end up all "swole" but body-weight only exercises are great and tough to do.
