Pre-Workout Snack

So I wake up at 5:45 in the morning to workout at 6:30. Before I put a deficit in my calories, I would not eat before my workouts. Now with having a calorie deficit, I feel like I need something in me because my workouts some times lack because I don't feel fueled. Lately I've tried a piece of toast with jam but I kind of want to change it up. I need something that I can just grad and go, I've been thinking, maybe those squeezable applesauce/ fruit pouches or fruit leathers. Is there anything that you all would recommend? I don't want anything too big, just something that sustains me through my workout.
Thanks in advance!
Thanks in advance!

Pop tarts always work if you feel you need to eat before your workout0

Banana, yogurt, protein bar, peanut butter on toast0

I drink protein before and after working out. I don't eat solid stuff a lot beforehand, because if I'm getting intense in my routine, I puke.0

I'll have either a banana or yogurt w/almonds.0

I have low blood pressure so I need to eat right before I exercise. I go for; banana, meat/protein, nuts or some light crisps (need the salt for the bp).0

My after work/pre-workout snack has been an apple, an orange and 2.5 teaspoons of almonds. Works for me! Healthy and fuels my workouts.0

Just enough to get me through without feeling sick. My body seems to have a one-track mind. I can either digest food OR workout.0
