Hi! I love it on here. It has helped me lose almost 10 lbs so far, and have about 40 more to go. My picture is what I want to look like again when I reach my goal. I looked like that 2 yrs ago, and am determined to get there again! Add me if you want to. We can share this journey together.

Me too. Being on here has helped me a lot! Also, to slow down my eating I have learned to play games while I eat. FB has plenty of games that I play while eating. I take a bite and then play a minute long game. It really has helped. Now I can put my eating utensil down inbetween bites! What used to take literally 3 minutes…

I just found out one thing that works for me is staying within my 1200 calorie/day range even when I exercise. Eating Weight Watcher breakfasts and suppers, and eating salads for lunch really help me to do this. I did this the first week. Can you exercise before you go to work? I do much better exercising in the mornings. It is real hard for me to exercise in the afternoon/evenings for the same reasons as you. It can be hard to stay with it for long lengths of time. You have to remember what you are doing this for. It is a life change. Have you talked to your children abou this problem? They may not even notice. I know my 7 yr old understands and is very helpful once I explain how I need to change or improve in an area. Ask them to help you with this problem. Kids love it when we include them in us attaining certain goals. Maybe it will help.

I have found since I have slowed down on how fast I eat, that a smaller portion does fill me up and lasts longer. I used to eat really fast, almost swallowing my food whole. Also, eating every 2 hours helps. I buy everything at the grocery store and take my snacks and whatever foods I need with me when I leave the house. I…

July 1st: I went and worked out at the gym today for a little over 2 hours. I did 45 minutes each on the elliptical and exercise bike, then 2 rounds on the weight machines. I felt good when I was done. I felt like I was really on the way to losing all this weight. I am excited to see the changes in the future!
