Our stats are so similar! I'm 172cm, started at 108kg and my goal is 60-65kg (but I'll see how I feel). I'm 15kg down (was 20kg down but gained - I love your motivation to not re-gain kgs because I need that reminder lol). Congrats! and thanks for posting :)

I highly recommend couch to 5 km - its awesome. don't know if u can start while pregnant but i would definitely whip out that running pram and start it once u r ready after baby is born!!

I've been doing it 3 times a week for the past 3 weeks....not the traditional way but I just started exercising and am finding it great as a challenging exercise to kick start me into fitness.
