I would love to join because I have a long way to go and I need a good motivational support team. Plus I love learning what works for different people. If I'm not 110% immersed into my fitness journey I have a hard time staying on track. I've derailed myself over trips time and time again.

Starting Weight 219 pounds
Currently 213 pounds
Ultimate Goal 135 pounds
Weekly Goal -2 pounds per week
I'm on a program of strength training and cardio 6 days per week. Usually doing 45-60 minutes of cardio then alternating between upper and lower body strength training. With music the whole time and a photo of someone with a great body nearby!
I drink plenty of water and try (key word) to eat "right".

Current: 208 (the most Ive ever weighed is 219, and I was 9 months pregnant :O)
Goal: Id like to be at 180 in June, 165 by end of summer. Ultimate goal is 150, which is what I weighed before any babies.
