As well as the 5lt water bottle - I've almost lost my 5 year old son's weight!

Hello. I was prescribed the same a few years ago and took them for a few months. They didn't help at all and I ended up trying various different ones at different strengths with various effects, not many of them terribly positive. I wouldn't ask you publicly - I think a lot of it depends on why you've been prescribed. Low…

I promised myself much the same for my 39th Birthday - and failed the exact same. Dont feel oblidged to take my crazy advice but ...take a photo of yourself in tight leggins and t-shirt, profile and front on. Look long and hard at the photos and then keep looking at them every time you have a food related wobble! Pictures…

Ok so I just finished a group like this and lost 16lbs. I've got another 10 to go to my personal target and 20lbs to go if you listen to UK guidelines. I figure somewhere n the middle is probably about right! So, as of today my weight is 173lbs. See you next week! Btw I started this journey as 204!

Hey I'm so glad you liked it! We are beyond skint this month and literally living off what's already here - so eating some eclectic foods atm!!! I would not have thought about doing that with runner beans, I guess fine beans would work too - I am absolutely going to try that!!! I think I might ask for a Mandolin for…

Have a look at the Carbonara here too, same deal with courgette instead of pasta and it works nicely in a proper comfort food way and can be meat or veggie!

I've up'ed and down'ed on my weight for years (and two bumps). Lower your carbs a lot, increase your protein, have half your plate as veg (not potatoes!) and steer clear of the sugar. All sugar. Cakes, choc, refined sugars in pasta, rice, bread etc. I've lost weight, I've kept loosing weight, shifted depression and cleaned…

At the start of July I shifted from a standard (insert fat girl) diet over to a Low-Carb / 1200 a day job and signed up here. I've always had a low resting heart rate and blood pressure so the odd bit of dizzy is accepted but not really bothered me. I found a few weeks in into Low-Carbing - that I was having almost daily…

This is sensible advice. Having been severely depressed and over weight - loosing weight wont happen in a positive way (i.e come off and stay off) until your heads in the right place. I dropped almost a stone earlier this year, hit a bad spot (it happens) and put half of it back on.... mostly because I felt angry about…

Whoa total OH MY GOD moment. What a change, how utterly awesome you are. xxxx

You look amazing - wow! You really look beaming and happy!!! Wowsers!!!

I get it. Think bunches of flowers - one dead head doesn't mean you need to throw the whole bunch away. Look at the long journey and think about learning new habits, new food, better choices - not "I'm on a diet I cant have this or that". Make sure one day a week you have a 'whatever' day - if you feel good then be good…

I could easily drop 14, 28 is my target. The Doc would say its 42 to be healthy. I've got a big wobbly bum and tum. And I don't want either any more!!!

Yup, me!
