    I was going through old pictures on my laptop today and I found some old ones of me (not many fat pics) I would never ever let anyone take pics, hint why my before pics I am never looking at the camera someone was always taking them without my approval. Now I actually like my pics taken. It has been a long journey but has been a great return! I am a healthy person now who loves to work out and eat healthy. Never thought in a million years this would be me!

    finally got it to work ! i have lost 33kg, my focus over the last 3-4 months has been lifting heavy weights, i only do cardio 2 times a week now the rest is lifting :) will see if i can find a newer picture since lifting :)

    From 5'7 and 360 to 240... and I have lost an additional 20 pounds since the "after" photo was taken! Feeling amazing and healthy and HOT! Over 135 pounds lost and about 70 to go!
