    This thread is INCREDIBLE. I have never seen so many attractive people...and the 'after' shots are just amazing...just think how 'hot' this world would be if anybody who is overweight and wanting a healthier lifestyle this world would be if they made the next step..some of the most attractive people on MFP here int the 'after' shots.

    use a program like photobucket, where you can upload images to it and it gives you and IMG code for it. copy that paste it in here, and make anything that is in caps lock (in the link) not caps lock
