I used it to maintain weight but it can easily be used to gain. Just set your calorie goal to a high number and use MFP to track your calories and macros.

The short answer, yes, running is stalling your weight loss. To be more specific, what you may be doing is losing muscle mass. Also, if you have a huge calorie deficit, your body will go into starvation mode and try to keep as much fat as possible.

My stomach is a bottomless pit since I've been working out. I eat at least 5 to 6 times a day. I really don't track calories though. Instead, I focus on eating healthy, filling foods and avoiding junk.

There a lot of things you can do. Squats, push ups, pull ups, burpees, lunges, etc. You can even get some resistance bands and use those to work even more body parts. Resistance bands are about $20 and you can get a pull up bar for another 15-20.

Macros. If your'e goal is to maintain weight, then you should know what your caloric intake should be around. All calories are not created equal. There is a difference in the way the body handles calories from carbs vs. proteins vs fats.

Hello and welcome. Calorie tracking can be tough at times. One thing I do is keep a notepad of what I ate and log it in later.
