Huge increase in appetite

I was a holiday slacker, newly committed for the new year. Back to regular workouts (cardio + weights, some yoga) and back to paying very close attention to what I eat. I have a dairy allergy & IBS. There are a lot of things that I cannot eat and/or try really hard to stay away from. My goal, though it is really hard, is to avoid grains completely simply because I feel a lot better when I do. I am trying a few new supplements.....super enzymes, probiotics....in hopes that they will help with my GI issues.
My question is this: since getting back to working out I feel as though I am starving all the time. Anyone else have this problem? I admit, I often eat too few calories rather than too many.....I'm a fairly small girl and with my dietary restrictions it's tough.....but I am used to having no appetite rather than feeling like I could eat a horse all the time. What's up? I am a little worried I will start to pack on some lbs if I satisfy my constant hunger.

If you're exercising, you should be eating at least a portion of those burned calories back. If you're not, go ahead and do so, your body will thank you for it.0

My stomach is a bottomless pit since I've been working out. I eat at least 5 to 6 times a day. I really don't track calories though. Instead, I focus on eating healthy, filling foods and avoiding junk.0

Last few days been starving. Stomach constantly growling.
The first three weeks had to force myself to eat the calories I did. Someone told me on here at first it can be like that but after a few weeks you will be able to eat most the cals. Lol
I used another calculator counters in my exercise cals already so I do not log or pay attention to exercise cals. The last few days maybe im burning more than calculator estimated(which definitely can happen estimate) and that may be why been more hungry.0
