I thought that Vitamin was giving me an allergic reaction! I was losing dinner every day with that. At first I thought I was food poisoned so I consumed that pill for about 3 days until I started to suspect the vitamin. Lately I've been taking Nature Made adult gummies Multi vitamins. I like them because they're easy to my…

It could have been loose skin that has tightened up or maybe the fat cells could have migrated. Maybe you managed to lose the fat through maintaining weight and gaining muscle. There's a lot of possibilities but for some people, the "pockets of fat" just doesn't seem to go away. To OP: At my lowest weight, which was…

I agree with the posters that said that your meals look like snacks >_<;; Maybe you can make a nice lunch of pasta with mushrooms and a slice or two of garlic bread? That'll instantly up your calories if you really need to.

Cake is good but save the second slice for tomorrow. Plus it'll give you something to look forward to. :) I'm not sure how many calories a medium slice of cake would have but I can guess around 300-400 (depending on the toppings as well). If you're looking to curb your appetite, I love to have carbohydrate-rich snacks with…

My rib cage is the tiniest place on my entire body. I've always remained a bra band size of 75 (in Korean size. I think that's in cm?) But I did notice that it took me about roughly 20 lbs to drop a bra cup size. I'm not sure if I should be happy about that, though. haha! I went from a 75C to a 75B.

If you feel like you need to drink to entertain your customers, then how about sneakily mixing your wines separately with some water & sugar-free sweeteners to dilute the calories?

Truce :) I'm not the type to hold grudges and it's hard to make me dislike someone who's strong in science. It's actually my weakest subject.

Just in case the OP gets confused about the argument, I had to look for this picture in my hard drive. Two men can weigh 250 lbs and have the same exact BMI but they can look totally different. Note that the muscle-massed man is much slimmer :) So like other posters have mentioned, it's better to concentrate on losing body…

I mentioned in that comment, before you cropped it out, that in that particular case it did weigh the same. I think we're not thinking about the same picture as I don''t actually know what I'm arguing about anymore. Plus this isn't the thread to discuss subjects like these. Good luck with your fitness goals.

You're the one who turned this into science class. I just merely commented to say that fat does not weigh the same as muscle. Condescendingly telling me I'm 16 (although I'm clearly not), telling me I'm impractical, and leaving with the "I'm too good for this argument bye" statement is all too common here. Since you want…

Actually, back in the older times, weight scales were made with two plates. People measured through comparison. You'd put a pound of something on one plate and stack gold or anything on the other plate until it reaches a pound and that's how they counted "1 lb of gold". It's like this: 1 lb of stone = 10 pieces of gold.…

I think you're misreading my comment. I know that 1 lb of beef weighs the same amount as 1 lb of pennies. With that logic everything in the world weighs the same. Feathers and stone weigh the same, and books and computers weigh the same. Do you get what I'm implying? Normally you compare weight through mass and volume.…

Oh, please. That's like saying 1 lb of beef weighs the same amount as 1 lb of pennies. Comparing the size of 1 lb of fat to 1 lb of muscle is what she's talking about so basically she means: 1 box of muscle weighs more than 1 box of fat.

Fantastic job :)

You look beautiful in both pictures but you are definately doing good!

The hair loss could have been genetics or many other things but I think I have heard of people losing hair when losing weight (most likely because of malnutrition). My best advice for you is to keep going at a moderate steady pace in a healthy way. Also make sure that you are not just intaking calorie numbers and are…

True. I've never had a Twinkie before. (Saw it in Zombieland)

Definately bad customer service. +1 I also hate licorice (I can't even spell it) People who get self esteem off of putting others down Cheating during a serious relationship Racism the list can go on :)

Hot, shapely, woman :)

The same happens to me as well and I guess at first you'll be like oh! Awesome! But the fascination only lasts about 1 minute at most haha :) (especially because I use a KG weight scale so the difference is in the decimals! haha)

Weight comes off at different speeds. The same happened to me a few times. Some weeks I would lose nothing and suddenly drop 3-4 lbs the following week after :) Don't worry about it too much because the same thing happened to me after a month. I was impressed by my weight loss and then suddenly it slowed down. Just keep…

Have you started any type of new exercise as of recent? Also sodium increase and/or inefficient water intake may affect your water retention.

Yes, it is normal for breasts and the stomach to bloat/swell during TTOM. Since the uteris is close to the waist line, I can imagine that the area would swell as well. It's best not to worry about measurements or weight when you know your body is not stable. Hope you feel better soon <3
-
It's normal to bloat during TTOM ^-^ I usually weigh in if I'm really curious near day 3-4 though because that's when most of my bloating seems to calm down. If you can "weight for the week" (sorry for the pun) then you can go ahead and wait as it is more comfortable to the mentality of some :)

I'm pretty sure that I've stated this before, but I.. psst! eat junk food, too! Bummer. They are called "junk" because they are higher in calories, salt, and sugar while being lower in nutrition. Raw vegetables do hold more vitamins than overly cooked ones.…

I am not going to sit around and argue with you about the vitamins and nutrients that are essential to our bones, muscles, ligaments, cholesterol levels, heart, skin, hair, nails, eyes, etc. but you should keep that into consideration when you read my comment. :) Eating foods high in cholesterol every day will increase the…

I think what a lot of people are mistaking is that the OP is describing the difference between calories if you want to be healthy. You can be eating 1800 calories of healthy, clean food in a day and you can be eating 1800 calories of heart attack food in a day. Maybe you will lose weight regardless, but the point is that…

I once read somewhere that losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise ;) I recommend some exercise every week! Yes, that means at least 30 minutes once a week. You're going to have to find your daily calorie intake based on your judgement and the advice you may find here. You will have to log in your calories as close to…

Good luck! My goal is slightly higher but that does not make it a better goal and I thoroughly appreciate how you took the time to plan out your New Years goal!
