Good day everyone. I need a new multi-vitamin and don't want to spend money on something that is going to make me nauseous like the women's one a day does. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I thought that Vitamin was giving me an allergic reaction! I was losing dinner every day with that. At first I thought I was food poisoned so I consumed that pill for about 3 days until I started to suspect the vitamin.
Lately I've been taking Nature Made adult gummies Multi vitamins. I like them because they're easy to my stomach and they're tasty if you can afford the extra 10 calories a day0 -
Quite often it's the iron in a multi that causes nausea. One way to beat it is to take your vitamin right before you go to bed or find one without added iron if you don't think you need it.0

Thanks guys for your responses. I got some gummy vitamins. I do need the extra iron so hopefully these won't make me feel icky.0
