I sprained my wrist lifting as well. This was over a month ago and I still feel tension. Make sure you rest it, ice, elevate over the heart and wrap it.

Stop looking in the mirror!!! Yes, use a tape measure and also you'll feel the difference in your clothes. Keep up the good work.

Currently wearing a size 12 skirt and I must say, it looks FABULOUS on me. Didn't have to wiggle it on this morning. Five months ago I was wearing size 16. With that being said, I'm going to have an awesome leg workout tonight.

why aren't going going low enough, is it a flexibility issue? if so, then work on that. if its a weight issue, then drop the weight. I think it's weight; standalone squats I can do with no problem.

Purchased size 12 slacks. I was wearing size 16 and those where beginning to fit tight. 24 lbs downs and 24 to go!!

I don't have any pics...I hate taking them. But I do weights 4 times a week and I've seen a difference in size and strength. My joints don't ache anymore and research shows you loose more weight incorporating it to your workout. Best of luck.

Family and friends ready to support and motivate. Food scale, MFP, weighing myself at least once a week and last but not least, how ugly my loose clothes look on me.

High protein and fiber foods. Eating every 2-3 hours but staying within your calorie count.

Beef jerky, baby carrots, broccoli or almonds. I have the same issue and sometimes I'll just drink water using a straw? That's helped with my snacking habits.

I'm eating 1200 net and yes using a scale. It's taken me three months to lose 23 lbs.

Don't skip meals. Even if you drink a meal replacement, it's better than skipping a meal. Also, try to eat within an hour of finishing your workout.

My start weight was 216, now I'm at 193. After reading your the comments, yes it's a stall, since it's been 2 weeks. I truly appreciate your suggestions of reducing more calories and logging every food item that touches my lips.

Just got today Log everything I eat--- even if I eat wings Don't allow myself to suffer from a migraine ever again (had my first yesterday). Need to listen to my body. ❤️
