I have lost an entire shoe size!25

Today I hit my 60 day streak for logging in! The NSV is that I'm finally staying consistent and sticking with my plan. I've tried joining gyms and different things in the past, but I've never made it more than a couple of weeks. I've even started C25K about four different times, never even making it to week two, but last night I graduated! I'm now almost half way to my original goal weight, and can't wait to see where this new lifestyle takes me!32

This morning I graduated c210k!!! Started in January and finally completed! So freaking happy as my goal was to finish before my holiday next week
Still slow but just need to improve my time now. With healthy eating (mostly from end of Feb) till now, running and walking, I've scorched 10lbs
I just graduated c25k last night, and am thinking about moving on to 5k to 10k! I haven't decided yet, because my pace for the 5k is pretty slow (definitely not the 30 minutes the app pushes for), so I can't decide if I should work on pace first, or keep increasing my distance. But congratulations on finishing the program!! That's so awesome!!15 -
I noticed this morning that my shin bones seem to have suddenly popped out. Shaving was an ordeal lol but so worth it for proof that my body is changing! It's so hard to see it in the mirror!14

The back fat fold under my ribs is gone!!29

ooh I forgot this one - lady at the gym who hasn't seen me since before Christmas stopped dead and said 'you've lost so much weight!'
so obviously I got all embarrassed and red faced cos this was in the reception area and didn't know what to say!
'thank you'. 'thank you', was all I needed to say
but yay - 2nd person outside of family to notice!
(am not counting family aka mum as she knows I am trying and I suspects she overstates what she sees to help keep me on track - which I love her for!)28 -

Contemplating going to the gym this morning, been feeling down since the scale hasn't moved in over a month. I've been taking measurements since last month when the scale stopped moving. Decided to measure myself and I've lost over two inches; arms, chest, stomach, hips and legs. Of course I hit the gym today!!!
I read your NSV everyday and they kee me going. Thank you!!!26 -
Under 210 today! The countdown to onderland really starts 10...9...33

1.My weight has been fluctuating the last 2 weeks. It has just made me more determined to stick to my plan.
2. Went for a hike that I did last year (40 pounds heavier). It took me about half the time as last year, and I had a 3 month old puppy with me. (stopped for lots of petting from strangers.)
3. Went roller skating the same night.
4. I ate more because of all the exercise, but didn't go crazy with food.20 -
Last weekend I went shopping for new jeans. I found 4 pairs & all a size 6. I don't ever remember being a size 6 in my adult life. Further proof that the scale is not the only thing that matters32

One of the remote people at work was in the office yesterday. He introduced himself and shook my hand. We've met many times! He didn't recognize me33

Last night I was just checking things out in the mirror, you know, just to see how things are looking. I actually had the thought and am seriously considering going for a bikini this summer.31

Last year I was wearing 19 inch dress shirts and couldn't button the collar without choking myself. The rest of the shirt would feel fine, just the neck would be tight. Now those shirts are baggy on me. Today I buttoned an 18.5 inch dress shirt. This one is a better fit throughout.23

I have two to report today:
1) Apparently I have oblique abdominal muscles. Who knew?! I was standing with my hands on my hips and when I took a step I felt the muscles on my sides engage in a way I've never felt before. Guess all that core work is paying off!
2) Yesterday my 15 year old daughter riffled through a basket of clean laundry to find jeans to wear. She put on a pair and announced that they didn't fit anymore, so I told her to put them with my clothes and I'd add them to the ever-growing "outgrown" pile. Went to put away laundry last night and discovered that the reason they didn't fit her was that they weren't hers - they were mine! Told her this morning that they weren't hers and she looked at me, confused: "I don't know whose they are, then. They were so tiny - they're not yours." Wrong! :-D32 -

While this might not be too huge of a NSV its amazing for me, as I have a mental block (not sure why still trying to figure that out) about the size 14, every time in the past when I got to a 14, I started to self sabotage, and this time wasn't any different, but I was determined to persevere and I did.

I am so excited that I was able to fit a pair of Juniors size 17 capris! This time 3 months ago a size 20 was tight. The 17's are tight, but they button and that is what counts...lol.21

I have just run 5k. Outside (track around a park and sports area). For the first time in my life!!! In 43 minutes! I am still obese as per bmi so that's a win in my book! Who knew I could run 5k and not die??? Came home and had allll the food (weighted, chosen wisely and logged, but enjoyed it soooo much more!)30
