I don't think I'll be sticking to my calorie limit on Xmas day and new years eve but other than that I'll be Ok, will be doing cardio every day apart from Xmas day and new years day and I'm only drinking a few on new years eve I should be good and hopefully lose weight come new year.

If you've got Netflix watch, 'fat, sick and nearly dead' absolutely brilliant film, they fasted and the results were brilliant but get checked out by a doctor first to say it's safe to do so. Bloke was 414 lb and in one week he'd lost 25lb Basically 3 shakes a day of veg and fruit

I'm 6ft 2" went from 18st8 to 13st4 I might some pics I'll have a look when I get home from work but I've put it all nearly back on went upto 18st 1 and I'm gradually losing again

Another 12lb to get to 16 stone and if I'm lucky 26lb to get to 15 stone which I am on track averaging my weight loss over the last 3 weeks but it's sure to change

I feel your pain here I broke my wrist and face upto 12 weeks in a cast so I've cut my calories to lose weight in the mean time I don't even wanna do cardio as I don't want my cast stinking for weeks so I stuck with just ab and squat workouts

Thanks for the replys, much appreciated. Some great advice as well, I will now think of this as a life style change and the first things to be removed are: Bread, chocolate, crisps and the killer alcohol on a weekend
