You can also cook spaghetti squash in the microwave pretty easily and save a lot of time if you are in a hurry. Just put the two halves upside down in a baking dish. Microwave for 12 - 15 minutes.

Could you post a link showing what part of my body calculates CICO and signals the difference to my fat cells for storage or release? How does that work exactly?

Not sure where you get that. My understanding is it regulates the metabolism of fat and carbohydrates. Specifically, insulin stop you from burning fat. Maybe Wikipedia needs to be updated. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Insulin
