One scoop chocolate whey protein mixed with a little of almond milk. Just enough to like a thick milkshake. Place half the mixture in cupcake liner then one tablespoon of peanut. Top off with remaining protein mixture. Freeze.

I use Intek Evolution Protein. It has 34g of protein, 1g of sugar and 2g of carbs. Not to mention it's the best tasting protein I have ever had, and I have tasted a variety.

if you use Wii Active it counts the number of calories burned, but I always wear a heart rate monitor to get the accurate number of calories burned.
